Job Description - Frontlines Edutech - Video editor

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail -oriented Full -Time Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team in Hyderabad. At Frontlinesmedia, we produce compelling social impact stories, inspiring interviews, and viral video content that resonates with millions across Instagram and YouTube. As a Video Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual narrative, transforming raw footage into engaging, high -quality videos that drive audience connection and amplify our mission. Responsibilities:

Edit high -quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software
Collaborate with content creators and producers to bring storytelling visions to life
Maintain brand consistency in visual style, tone, and pacing across all video outputs
Manage video files, metadata, and assets efficiently in a structured workflow
Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and technical precision
Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on edits to deliver polished final products

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual narrative
Attention to detail with a keen eye for color grading, audio sync, and transitions
Experience in editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Freshers (0–1 year of experience) and experienced editors (2+ years) are both encouraged to apply

Selection Process:

Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to deliver a compelling edit from a provided sample video, showcasing creativity, technical skill, and alignment with Frontlinesmedia’s storytelling style.
