Fulfillment Network Design & Strategy Manage GATP sourcing sequence design. Architect and continuously refine the fulfillment network to support business growth, seasonal demand, and geographic expansion. Manage New Plants roll out project. Develop system requirements and functional specs for new fulfillment capabilities and enhancements. Ensure system reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring and incident management protocols Evaluate and deploy automation technologies to improve operational efficiency. Process Optimization & Analytics Develop simulation models and digital twins to test fulfillment scenarios and optimize performance. Partner with operations, procurement, planning, and customer service teams to align fulfillment architecture with business goals. Partner with GIS to implement new RIT's. Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives and cross-functional task forces to ensure operational resilience. Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management. Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD & GATP Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Acts as a resource for colleagues; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Problem Solving Analyzes information and make decision based on situations. Very good verbal and written communication in English. Self-confidence and Collaboration. Independent decision-making skills Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply chain.
