Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in software architecture with a strong focus on backend systems while maintaining a solid understanding of frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end application architecture, including agentic AI frameworks for enterprise-grade applications across all channels, i.e. Web, Mobile, notifications

Define scalable, resilient, and secure backend architectures using modern architectural patterns and the latest AI technologies

Drive architectural decisions across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.

Establish architecture principles, coding standards, and development best practices.

Drive AI adoption at all levels

Design RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging, and integration strategies with internal and external systems.

Review and optimise application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Lead technology evaluations and recommend frameworks, platforms, and tools aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, DevOps, security, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mentor senior engineers and development teams on architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

Conduct architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and code reviews.

Ensure systems meet non-functional requirements including availability, fault tolerance, observability, maintainability, and compliance.

Drive cloud-native architecture adoption, CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps initiatives.

Participate in technical roadmap planning and modernisation initiatives.
