Full Stack Architect (Java)

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Full Stack
Architect with a strong engineering mindset to lead the design and
development of our next-generation enterprise applications. You will be
responsible for bridging frontend experiences with robust, scalable backend
architectures, specializing in complex system integrations and event-driven
distributed systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture: Own the complete
  architecture of scalable web applications spanning modern frontend
  frameworks and high-performance Java backends.
  
• System Integration: Design, build, and
  maintain seamless, secure integrations between disparate enterprise
  systems and third-party services.
  
• Distributed &
  Event-Driven Design: Architect low-latency, loosely coupled systems leveraging pub-sub
  mechanisms and asynchronous messaging patterns.
  
• Technical Governance: Establish coding
  standards, review critical pull requests, and enforce enterprise design
  patterns to ensure maintainability and high availability.
  
• Problem Solving &
  Optimization: Troubleshoot critical production bottlenecks, optimize system performance,
  and drive engineering excellence across the team.
  
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior
  and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of rigorous technical
  problem-solving and clean code.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Java & Design
  Patterns: Deep expertise in Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, microservices architecture,
  and extensive application of GoF and enterprise design patterns.
  
• System Integration &
  Pub-Sub: Proven experience designing and implementing robust integration
  strategies, APIs, and pub-sub messaging architectures.
  
• Full Stack Capabilities: Strong proficiency in
  modern backend development combined with solid frontend experience (e.g.,
  React, Angular, or TypeScript).
  
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional analytical
  skills with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex distributed
  systems problems.
  
• Database & Cloud: Proficiency in
  relational/NoSQL databases and cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/OCI).
  

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or equivalent distributed streaming platforms.
  
• Experience with
  containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
