Full
Stack Developer

AI -Enabled  |  Frontend -Heavy  |  3–5 Years Experience

We are looking for a
versatile Full Stack Developer with a frontend -first mindset and demonstrated
proficiency in AI -powered development. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of
post -graduation professional experience building modern, responsive web applications
with React JS, complemented by solid backend capability in Node.js / Python and
familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

Day -to -day, roughly 60%
of your work will be frontend -focused – implementing pixel -perfect interfaces,
managing state, and optimising user experience – while the remaining 40% will
involve backend API development, database schema work, and service integration.
You should be comfortable switching between both layers as priorities shift.

Experience in financial
services, trading platforms, or virtual asset ecosystems is a strong advantage.
You will be part of a unique Tech Development studio founded by IIT alumni,
building products for global clients across regulated markets.

Frontend
(Primary – ~60%)

•       Architect,
build, and maintain high -quality React JS applications with clean,
maintainable, and testable code.

•       Implement
pixel -perfect UIs that match design specifications, with smooth animations and
transitions delivering an excellent user experience.

•       Own the
frontend state management strategy using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or
equivalent, ensuring predictable data flow across complex interfaces.

•       Integrate
third -party APIs and services from the UI layer, including RESTful endpoints,
WebSocket streams, payment gateways, and authentication providers.

•       Optimise
frontend performance through code -splitting, lazy loading, memoisation, and
efficient rendering patterns.

Backend
(Supporting – ~40%)

•       Design,
develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using JAVA.

•       Work with
relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and caching stores (Redis) – write
efficient queries, manage migrations, and maintain data integrity.

•       Implement
authentication and authorisation flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0, session management) and
apply security best practices to backend services.

•       Assist in
containerisation (Docker) and deployment pipelines, and support cloud
infrastructure on AWS or equivalent providers.

Cross -Cutting

•       Use
AI -powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to
accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks
across the full stack.

•       Write and
critically refine AI -generated code, ensuring correctness, security, and
adherence to project coding standards.

•       Collaborate
within an agile team comprising frontend/backend developers, QA engineers, and
a project manager.

•       Participate
in code reviews, sprint planning, estimation sessions, and CI/CD pipeline
maintenance.

•       Mentor
team members through knowledge sharing, particularly around AI -assisted
development practices.

•       Work with
modern tools including Slack, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

Frontend
(Must -Have)

•       3–5 years
of professional experience developing responsive UIs and web applications using
React JS.

•       Strong
command of the React ecosystem: Redux / Zustand, Context API, Hooks, React
Router, and component lifecycle management.

•       Solid
proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

•       Good
understanding of responsive design, cross -browser compatibility, and web
performance optimisation.

•       Experience
with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and frontend testing frameworks (Jest,
React Testing Library, Cypress).

Backend
(Must -Have)

•       Hands -on
experience building RESTful APIs with JAVA

•       Working
knowledge of at least one relational database (PostgreSQL / MySQL).

•       Understanding
of authentication patterns (JWT, OAuth 2.0), middleware design, and
error -handling strategies.

•       Basic
familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or
equivalent), and cloud services (AWS preferred).

AI
& General

•       Demonstrated
ability to use AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or
equivalent) as part of daily development workflow.

•       Ability
to critically evaluate, debug, and improve AI -generated code rather than
accepting it blindly.

•       Strong
problem -solving skills with a solid foundation in data structures and
algorithms.

•       Proficiency
with version control (Git) and collaborative branching strategies.

•       Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

•       Experience
building trading interfaces, order books, charting dashboards, or financial
data visualisations.

•       Familiarity
with virtual/digital asset platforms, crypto exchanges, or fintech products.

•       Exposure
to real -time data handling (WebSockets, Server -Sent Events) in trading or
market data contexts.

•       Knowledge
of RFQ (Request for Quote), OTC, or institutional trading workflows.

Exposure to FIX
Protocol (Financial Information eXchange) development for order routing, trade
execution, or market data integration in trading systems

•       Experience
with prompt engineering or building AI -augmented features within applications
(e.g., AI chat interfaces, intelligent form -fill, copilot -style UX).

•       Familiarity
with UI component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI, shadcn/ui) and
design systems.

•       Experience
with GraphQL, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), or event -driven architectures.

•       Understanding
of security best practices for financial applications (token management, data
encryption, secure API communication).

•       Exposure
to serverless patterns (AWS Lambda, API Gateway) or infrastructure -as -code
(Terraform, CDK).

We believe AI tools are
a force multiplier for developers. The successful candidate should demonstrate:

•       Practical
experience using AI assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging,
test writing, and documentation – across both frontend and backend codebases.

•       Ability
to write effective prompts to get high -quality code output from AI tools,
including providing context, constraints, and examples.

•       Judgement
to know when AI -generated code needs manual review, testing, or rewriting –
particularly around security, data integrity, and business logic.

•       Willingness
to stay current with emerging AI development tools and integrate them into team
workflows.

•       Comfort
using AI for full -stack tasks: generating API boilerplate, scaffolding database
migrations, writing unit tests, and prototyping UI components.

•       A
positive, can -do attitude with a bias toward action and ownership.

•       Attention
to detail and a commitment to quality on both sides of the stack.

•       Ability
to work through new and complex technical challenges independently while
knowing when to ask for help.
