Full Stack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer you will sit at the intersection of AgenticAI and Industrial AI, building systems that directly influence how manufacturers monitor, understand, and optimize their operations.

You will be part of the AgenticAI team, you will design and build end-to-end product experiences spanning frontend and backend systems. You will play a key role in shaping how complex AgenticAI capabilities become intuitive, high-impact workflows for industrial users.

This is a hands-on role for engineers who want ownership, from system design through production deployment and who care deeply about building products that deliver measurable real-world value.

You will work in a high-autonomy, high-collaboration environment alongside exceptional engineers, product managers, and designers, helping turn advanced AI systems into production-grade applications used by global manufacturing customers.

  Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across frontend and backend systems

  Develop scalable backend services that power AgenticAI workflows and core product functionality

  Build responsive, intuitive frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks

  Own features end-to-end—from architecture and design through implementation and production rollout

  Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into user-centric solutions

  Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability

  Improve system performance, observability, and reliability across distributed systems

  Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability

What You Bring

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent)

  
  


• 
  

  Master’s degree is a plus but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Equivalent industry experience will be considered for exceptional candidates

  
  

• 
  

  3–5 years of experience in fullstack or backend-heavy engineering roles

  
  


• 
  

  Strong backend development experience in Python, Go, or Node.js

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue or Angular also welcome)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with microservices-based systems

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with asynchronous systems and messaging infrastructure (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent)

  Experience with NoSQL databases and practical data modeling

  Strong product thinking and ability to connect technical decisions to user and business outcomes
