Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) who are eager to build scalable software solutions and grow their technical expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications, contributing to both backend services using.NET/C# and frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, technology leaders, and state teams—to understand requirements and deliver efficient, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
â Assist in the implementation, management, and
maintenance of technology projects.
â Collaborate with team members, including the
Head of Technology, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology projects.
â Support the design and delivery of software
solutions by providing technical assistance
â Contribute to business process improvements
related to technical applications and systems development.
â Work diligently to meet project milestones and
deadlines.
â Interact with cross-functional teams and
end-users to understand and establish project requirements.
â Learn and follow engineering best practices,
technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
â Undertake any additional tasks and
responsibilities as required by the organization.
