Job Description - Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer (SDE-1) with strong expertise in modern web technologies and an AI-first development mindset. You will build scalable applications across frontend and backend, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality software at speed.

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features across web applications.

Build responsive user interfaces using Next.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and REST APIs.

Work with MongoDB, Redis, and AWS services to build reliable and high-performance applications.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability and performance improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.

Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.

Knowledge of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, or CloudWatch.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
