Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python)

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be
responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due
timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team
members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional
requirements.   

Work you’ll do:

HC Forward is Deloitte’s innovation engine for Human Capital,
integrating technology, data, and industry expertise to create scalable
solutions and assets that extend client capabilities and drive ongoing value
across all Human Capital offerings.

Core Responsibilities (Common Across All Levels)

These apply to every Full Stack Developer,
regardless of seniority:

• Develop and maintain
  web applications using front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, AI, Generative
  AI, React, Node.js, Express.js).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, DevOps) for solution delivery.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding
  standards.
  
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• *Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack (UI, API,
  database, deployment).
  
• Stay updated with new trends and advancements in technology.
  
• Travel
  as required by project needs.
  
• Good written and spoken communication skills to facilitate business
  conversations
  

Level-Specific Responsibilities

Consultant (3–6 Years Experience)

• Take ownership of modules/components within projects.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and
  document them.
  
• Contribute significantly to design sessions and promote best
  practices.
  
• Mentor analysts and review their work.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services (as needed).
  

Senior Consultant (6–10 Years Experience)

• Lead the development and architecture of complex applications or
  features.
  
• Make key technical decisions, select frameworks, and recommend
  stack improvements.
  
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality/compliance
  with standards.
  
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and
  propose technical solutions.
  
• Mentor junior team members and foster skill development.
  

Technical
Skills: Python,
SQL, AI/Generative AI (Claude/GPT), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented
Generation (RAG), LLM, Vector Databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, ReactJS, Node.js,
Express.js.

Note: "Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based
features to production, not limited to prototyping or experimentation."

Nice to have: MongoDB,
Pandas, Snowflake, AI coding-assist tool experience (GitHub Copilot, Claude
Code, or similar)

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS or related).
