Job Title: Full Stack Developer - (Senior Associate / Officer)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the implementation, development, management, and maintenance of technology projects in collaboration with the Education Department, Gujarat. You will contribute to the development of software solutions across the backend and frontend, using technologies such as Python/NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js.

• Assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of technology projects while
  working closely with the     Education Department, Gujarat.
  
• Collaborate with team members, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology
  projects.
  
• Support the design and delivery of software solutions by providing technical assistance.
  
• Contribute to business process improvements related to technical applications and systems
  development.
  
• Work diligently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  
• Interact with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand and establish project
  requirements.
  
• Learn and follow engineering best practices, technology trends, tools, and frameworks.
  
• Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the organization.

Requirements

Experience and Qualification:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent - B.E. (Any) /
  MCA / MCS / M.Sc. Computer Science.
  
• Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience in technology projects.
  
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in
  documentation.
  
• Teamwork and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.
  
• Passion for working in the social sector is an added advantage.
  

• A strong technical
  aptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.
  
• Practical experience
  with Python/NodeJS for building backend services and APIs.
  
• Working knowledge of
  JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework (Angular,
  React, or Next.js).
  
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  
• Write clean,
  readable, and maintainable code by following established coding standards,
  naming conventions, and design principles (SOLID, DRY).
  
• Basic knowledge of
  databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  
• Basic knowledge of
  building SaaS applications.
  
• Knowledge of
  authentication/authorization patterns.
  
• Exposure to Linux
  and scripting is a plus.
  
• Willingness to learn
  DevOps basics for SaaS product deployment on AWS.
