We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has expertise in C# / .NET development, with experience of modern UI frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable financial applications that power mission-critical solutions for our clients in the banking and fintech sector.

Job Location:

You will be part of our niche technology team based in Gurgaon/Delhi, India. We are a Hybrid Work environment with a preference for 4 days Office and 1 day work from home setup.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure, high-performing, and scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.

• Build interactive front-end interfaces using one of the following:

• Javascript Frameworks (React, Next)

• Blazor.NET or WPF.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Micro-services, and database components.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design documentation.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.

• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, OWASP, etc.).

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Required Skills:

• Software development experience of 4–6 years in a banking, fintech, or product-based environment.

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ development.

• Experience with at least one of the following Front end frameworks:

• Blazor.NET or WPF

• Javascript Frameworks (React, Next)

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and domain-driven design

• Good exposure to SQL Server / PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.

• Other tools: Syncfusion, Datatables, AutoMapper

• Experience in RESTful API development and integration.

• Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with or building modular applications using ABP.IO framework is a big plus

• Understanding of banking or payment systems, digital wallets, or transaction processing.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Working knowledge of DevOps practices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes is advantageous.
