We are looking for a skilled and product-focused Software Engineer with strong experience in modern web technologies, particularly React, TypeScript, and Node.js. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building high-quality, scalable products in fast-paced environments and take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and thoughtful code. With 4–6 years of experience, you will contribute to developing user-centric applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

As a product-oriented engineer, you will go beyond simply making things work—you will focus on building intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, ensuring that the end product meets both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Build high-quality, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on readability and long-term sustainability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless and user-friendly experiences
• Take ownership of features from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and performance optimization
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve system design and engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high development standards
• Continuously improve development workflows, tools, and processes for better efficiency
• Balance speed and quality, making thoughtful trade-offs aligned with business priorities

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade software
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js with a solid understanding of frontend and backend development
• Experience working on scalable products and maintaining codebases in fast-moving teams
• A product mindset—focused not just on functionality, but also on usability and user experience
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively, give and receive feedback, and contribute positively to team dynamics
• Passion for coding beyond work, demonstrated through side projects, open-source contributions, or technical explorations
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Electron, CLI development, or developer-focused products is a plus
• Ability to navigate trade-offs between engineering excellence and startup speed
