Job Description - Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is not just a developer, but a systems thinker, problem solver, and technical communicator. This role demands technical depth across both frontend and backend, operational adaptability, and deep fluency in modern web technologies. You will build, deploy, and support AI -driven systems where reliability and real -time performance are non -negotiable.

The role involves building scalable frontend architectures, developing backend services, deploying containerized software systems, diagnosing production issues under live constraints, and collaborating with the core engineering team to translate real -world requirements into product improvements.

Requirements

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or allied branches
6+ years of total experience in Full Stack or Frontend Engineering
Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript including core concepts, component design patterns, and debugging
Deep hands -on experience with React.js and Next.js including SSR, dynamic routing, and scalable page architectures
Strong state management expertise using Redux, Zustand, and React Query for complex, data -driven interfaces
Practical experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL with optimised data fetching and caching strategies
Backend proficiency with Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL for full -stack feature delivery
Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with scripting, automation, and application programming
Hands -on experience with Docker and container orchestration in production environments
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and infrastructure -as -code practices
Proven ability to integrate real -time data feeds and monitoring systems into centralised web platforms
Experience building data -heavy dashboards and reporting interfaces for large -scale deployments
Strong testing practices with Jest and React Testing Library across releases
Clear communication skills with both engineering teams and non -technical stakeholders
Nice to have: experience with Tailwind CSS, Vite, or CMS -driven architectures.
Nice to have: exposure to sensor data integration or industrial monitoring systems
Nice to have: familiarity with performance optimization for high -traffic applications
