Full Stack Engineer

Role: Full-Stack Engineer (React & Node.js) 

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore - (Hybrid)

Overview 

We are seeking a **Full-Stack Engineer** with deep expertise in **React and Node.js** to lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications. This role goes beyond feature delivery—you'll help shape architecture, influence technical direction, and raise the engineering bar across the team. 

You'll work end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure concerns, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to build resilient, high-quality systems. 

What You'll Do 

• Own the design and implementation of major product features and systems across the full stack 


• Architect scalable, maintainable frontend applications using **React** and modern state management patterns 


• Design and build robust backend services and APIs using **Node.js** (Express, Nest.Js, or similar) 


• Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, security, and maintainability 


• Lead by example through high-quality code, thoughtful reviews, and strong engineering practices 


• Collaborate with product and design to shape requirements, scope solutions, and manage tradeoffs 


• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to the growth of the team 


• Improve system performance, reliability, and observability in production environments 


• Drive adoption of best practices around testing, CI/CD, and code quality 

Required Qualifications  

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant **full-stack ownership** 


• Expert-level experience with **React** (hooks, advanced patterns, performance optimization) 


• Strong backend experience with **Node.js** and modern frameworks 


• Proficiency in **TypeScript** across frontend and backend 


• Strong understanding of system design, API design, and data modeling 


• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases 


• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives 


• Strong communication skills and comfort influencing technical decisions 

Strong Plus 

• Experience designing systems that operate at scale or support high-availability requirements 


• Cloud experience (AWS preferred), including deployments, monitoring, and cost awareness 


• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads 


• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, or message queues 


• Experience in security-conscious or regulated environments (e.g., fintech, payments, enterprise platforms)
