Full Stack Engineer (Fintech Focused)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance web applications and secure backend systems for our fintech and SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to build reliable, high-throughput financial applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems, coupled with a solid understanding of fintech workflows, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, responsive applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.

  
  


• 
  

  API & Architecture Design: Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs, incorporating microservices and event-driven architecture.

  
  


• 
  

  Database & Caching: Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and implement caching solutions (Redis) for peak performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Asynchronous Processing: Build event-driven pipelines using messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

  
  


• 
  

  Cloud & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker, support Kubernetes deployments, maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines.

  
  


• 
  

  AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent, automated services into production applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Security & Compliance: Enforce industry-standard security practices—including robust authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance with financial regulations.

  Code Quality: Write clean, modular, maintainable, and well-tested code following agile engineering practices.

  
  

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is mandatory.

  Sound knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design patterns.

  Strong problem-solving abilities and clear technical communication skills.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

  Domain experience in Payments, Lending, Neo-banking, Wealth Tech, or Insurance Tech.
