As a Full Stack .NET Angular Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to deliver quality applications that enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using C#.NET, Angular 8 (and above), Azure, AI and C++ to meet client needs and industry standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing software development skills to create exceptional user experiences and revolutionize industries
- Promoting the use of technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
