Pilabz Electromechanical Systems (a Zoho Corp. subsidiary) is India’s first native electro mechanical product company. We design and manufacture world-class electronic test and measurement instruments from rural Tamil Nadu. About Your Role:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with 1- 3 yrs hands on development experience and background in Mechanical Engineering to build our web-based CAD/CAE platform. You will fork, integrate, and extend open-source engineering tools into a secure, cloud-native product. This role involves developing 3D web interfaces, building scalable Python back ends, and managing automated physics simulation pipelines from design to post-processing.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Build responsive 3D web front ends in React and scalable backend services in Python(FastAPI/Flask).
  
• CAE Pipeline Integration: Fork and integrate open-source CAD, mesh generation (e.g., Gmsh), and physics solver tools (e.g., OpenFOAM, Code-aster).
  
• Physics & Engineering Logic: Translate core mechanical engineering workflows—designing, meshing, solving, and post-processing—into software code.
  
• Security & Infrastructure: Containerize applications using Docker and implement secure Authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  
• DevOps & Code Quality: Maintain high development standards, utilize AI-assisted coding tools, and run static code analysis via SonarQube.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a highly related computational field.
  
• Backend & Frontend: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy/SciPy) and React and cloud Technologies
  
• DevOps & Security: Hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and configuring secure user roles (RBAC).
  
• Development Standards: Experience maintaining clean code quality pipelines using tools like SonarQube.
  

Added advantage:

• Engineering Domain: Solid understanding of computational physics, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  
• Exposure to 3D web visualization (Three.js/WebGL/VTK.js) is a plus).
