Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven experience in leading and managing a development team.

The candidate will be responsible for technical ownership, solution design, code quality, team mentoring, and delivering scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.


• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.


• Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.


• Work extensively with SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.


• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.


• Participate in architecture and technical discussions and contribute to technology decisions.


• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.


• Coordinate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


• Conduct technical discussions, task allocation, code reviews, and performance feedback for team members.


• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and scalability requirements.


• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• 6.5+ years of experience in full-stack development.


• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.


• Strong experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core.


• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.


• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.


• Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.


• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application scalability.


• Good understanding of Git/version control.

Leadership & Team Handling – Mandatory

• Proven experience in handling and leading a development team is a MUST.


• Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.


• Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.


• Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.


• Ability to resolve team-level technical challenges and coordinate with stakeholders.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.


• Experience in enterprise application development.


• Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
