About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Software & Platform Developer with 5–6 years of professional experience to spearhead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of a large-scale software system for our company.

This is not just a coding role — it’s a leadership position where you’ll own architecture decisions, manage a development team, and ensure our platforms scale with the company’s rapid growth.

You’ll be trusted with building mission-critical systems that will continue to expand, improve, and adapt over time. This role requires someone who thrives on solving complex problems, embraces modern tools and integrations, and can balance fast execution with long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain a large-scale, enterprise-level platform with ongoing iterations and enhancements.
• Lead and mentor the development team, setting coding standards, best practices, and reviewing deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business processes into robust software workflows.
• Design and implement scalable databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Drive automation and efficiency across workflows to reduce errors, manual steps, and cycle times.
• Ensure high system performance, uptime, and security across all applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead rapid problem resolution.
• Continuously monitor and improve platforms based on performance data and feedback.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies, plugins, and integrations that keep the platform modern and future-ready.
• Document architecture, workflows, and development practices for long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven experience in full-stack development and delivery of large, complex systems.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience leading or managing a software development team.
• Strong background in APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to balance speed and scalability.
• Ability to work onsite in Mohali/Chandigarh during night shifts to collaborate with global teams.

Required Skills

• Front-End: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Back-End: Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL (experience with scalable, cloud-native solutions like Firebase is a plus).
• API Design & Integration: REST, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment strategies.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure; containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Performance Optimization, Monitoring, and Debugging at scale.
• Strong awareness of UI/UX principles and ability to improve user experience.
