We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-first web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, along with experience in microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST API development.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction, leading development teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js and build backend services using Node.js and Python.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Implement and maintain event-driven architectures to support scalable and loosely coupled applications.
Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Drive system design discussions and make technical decisions aligned with business requirements.
Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Own technical delivery, sprint planning, task allocation, and release coordination.
Support application productionization, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Leverage cloud platforms and open-source technologies to build reliable and scalable solutions.
Follow Agile development practices and continuously improve development processes.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Backend: Node.js, Python.
Python Frameworks: Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
Database: PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
API Development: REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
Architecture: Microservices, event-driven architecture, and system design.
Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and application monitoring.
Engineering Practices: Git, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Required Experience
8+ years of relevant software development experience, including substantial experience with web technologies.
Strong hands-on development experience with React.js, Node.js, and Python.
Experience developing and deploying production-grade web applications and backend services.
Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership and delivery responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with the MERN stack or comparable full-stack technologies.
Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with message brokers and asynchronous processing systems.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, application monitoring, and production support.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
