  with content management systems, chatbot frameworks, and web
  analytics tools.
  

• Experience
  working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers,
  and marketers.
  

• Strong
  analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  

Good
to Have Skills :

• Experience
  with global site rollouts, localization, and governance.
  

• Working
  knowledge of Azure, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud  or
  Umbraco CMS.
  

• Familiarity
  with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) accessibility
  standards and regulatory compliance.
  

Roles
and Responsibilities :

• Website
  Experience Ownership:
  

  • Lead the
    functional definition and roadmap of the Arrow ECS global website,
    home page, and high-traffic user journeys.
    

  • Partner with
    UX/UI teams to design intuitive, consistent top nav, footer, and
    global navigation structures.
    

• Digital
  Engagement Tools:
  

  • Define
    business and functional requirements for chatbots, live agents, and
    other conversational AI tools.
    

  • Collaborate
    with vendors and internal teams to implement and enhance digital
    engagement tools.
    

• URL and Content
  Strategy:
  

  • Develop and
    maintain a strategic URL structure that aligns with SEO best
    practices and localization needs.
    

  • Arrow Partners
    with marketing, content, and SEO teams to ensure findability and
    optimal user navigation.
