Fund Operations Manager

Position Name - Fund Operations Manager

Location - Byculla

Experience Range -  10 Yrs

Mandatory Requirement:

• Strong understanding of AIF structures, fund accounting and operations


• Experience in handling Category I/II AIFs preferred


• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks


• Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end fund operations including capital calls, distributions, and investor onboarding


• Oversee NAV calculation, fund accounting, and reconciliation processes


• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations and other applicable guidelines


• Coordinate with custodians, trustees, auditors, and fund administrators


• Monitor fund cash flows, expenses, and investment tracking


• Review financial statements, investor reports, and MIS


• Handle audit processes (internal, statutory) and regulatory filings


• Drive process improvements and automation for operational efficiency


• Lead and mentor the operations team

Qualification and Experience:

• Prior experience with real estate / private equity / venture capital funds


• Exposure to fund setup and structuring will be an added advantage
