FX Settlements, Associate, Product Support & Services ISG

We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to join our ISG Aligned Operations Team is responsible for affirming and confirming that trades are agreed with counterparties, economic terms of the transactions are agreed and that we have sign off / exchange the legal documents produced by the drafting group.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Work on day-to-day Cash Settlements functions (FX).
• Ensuring timely settlement of cash flows and Investigation and resolution of fails.
• Subject Matter expert for function and product covered within the group.
• Analysis of current processes and identification of process/system to increase efficiencies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Supporting applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects impacting the team, from inception; providing SME support, testing and monitoring into Production and be actively involved in UAT testing.
• Escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external and internal counterparties.
• Ensure timely settlement of cash flows and resolution of fails.
• Ability to think out of the box and work on identification of process/system to increase efficiencies.
• Client and Business Unit relationship management.
   

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience within a Settlements or applicable product related role.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced-multi tasking environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Flexible working in Shift (Asia or EMEA)
• Proactive and self-motivated.
