Job Description - GAIN - Talent Aquisitin Partner

What you’ll be doing:

•          Discover Top Talent: Proactively seek out exceptional candidates using diverse sourcing strategies and platforms.

•          Lead End-to-End Hiring: Own the recruitment journey—from crafting job descriptions and screening applications to conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring teams.

•          Partner with Hiring Managers: Guide and support managers in shaping effective, tailored recruitment processes.

•          Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experiences: Ensure every applicant feels valued and informed throughout their journey.

•          Communicate Thoughtfully: Share timely, constructive feedback with candidates to maintain transparency and trust.

•          Nurture Talent Pipelines: Maintain and grow a robust pool of candidates, identifying future hiring opportunities and strategic fits.

•          Be a Brand Champion: Act as an ambassador for GAIN’s employer brand—crafting compelling messaging, sharing authentic stories, and amplifying our culture across digital platforms and candidate touchpoints.

Required skills

•          4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including in-house roles within tech or fast-scaling environments.

•          Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

•          Deep understanding of GAIN’s mission, culture, structure, and talent needs.

•          You’re driven to find the perfect match for every role and take pride in being a key contributor to team growth.

•          You are Autonomous & Organized: You thrive in fast-paced environments and manage high-volume recruitment with precision and poise.

•          Curious & Creative: You approach sourcing with a problem-solving mindset and think outside the box to uncover hidden gems.

•          Trusted Advisor: Your communication skills, market knowledge, and data fluency make you a go-to partner for stakeholders at all levels.

•          Team-Oriented Learner: You’re invested in the success of the team and always looking for ways to contribute beyond your own KPIs.

•          Exceptional networking abilities and a knack for building strategic recruitment partnerships.
