Game Producer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Game Producer with 2–3 years of experience to oversee the development and live operations of our mobile games. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of mobile game development processes, project management skills, and a passion for creating fun and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of mobile game development from concept to launch and beyond.

• Work closely with game designers, developers, artists, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

• Create and maintain production schedules, track progress, and manage resources to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine game features and content updates.

• Analyze live game performance data and player feedback to inform future updates.

• Manage risk and resolve issues that may impact project scope, timeline, or quality.

• Support the monetization and live ops strategy with content calendars and feature rollouts.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Producer or Associate Producer in the mobile gaming industry.

• Proven track record of shipping at least one mobile game or managing live ops for an existing title.

• Strong understanding of mobile game development pipelines, especially for Unity-based projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

• Basic understanding of KPIs like DAU, retention, ARPU, etc.

• Passion for games and a user-first mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with live operations, A/B testing, and game analytics tools.

• Background in game design or technical art is a plus.

• Familiarity with F2P monetization models and mobile game trends.
