*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
- Perform and interpret a wide range of endoscopic procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound), ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), and therapeutic interventions.
- Diagnose and manage complex gastrointestinal conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colorectal cancer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, and functional gastrointestinal disorders.
- Provide specialized care for liver diseases, including cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and liver transplant follow -up.
- Manage pancreatic disorders such as acute and chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts, and pancreatic cancer.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and nutritionists, to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in gastroenterology through continuous professional development and participation in clinical research.
- Demonstrate exceptional patient communication skills, delivering clear explanations, managing patient concerns, and fostering trust and empathy throughout the care journey.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology (MD/DM in Gastroenterology) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Minimum of 1 year of post -residency clinical experience in gastroenterology, preferably in a hospital or tertiary care setting.
- Proven expertise in diagnostic and interventional gastroenterology, including proficiency in endoscopic procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in managing liver and pancreatic disorders, including advanced therapeutic endoscopy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient -first approach and deep empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team under time -sensitive conditions.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical documentation standards.
