About the Role: 

Executes the accounting of processes related to the accounts receivable chapter in accordance with the established SLA, with a critical look at the process in search of improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and control of core tasks (cash application, customer refunds, prolongation according with Guidelines)


• Perform closing tasks


• Resolution of ad hoc requests related to customer accounts


• Point of contact with other accounting areas


• Participate in and perform tasks related to medium-sized projects.


• Participate in the analysis, preparation and recording of external audits, internal controls and implementation of changes to improve process efficiency.


• Participate in the preparation, completion and analysis of year-end footnotes and analytics.


• Suggest and assist in the search for process improvements and automation. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate in Accounting, Business Administration and / or related fields


• Min 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative/accounting duties.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment


• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Technical Skills:

• Intermediate technical skills in Excel and SAP


• Domain-specific tools as applicable
