We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of GBM HR Consultant.
Principal responsibilities
Manage the delivery of a variety of HR programmes proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks. Provide oversight to how HR initiatives align to the HR/ Business Strategy and relevant global/ country business/functional People Plans Be responsible for effective programme controls and procedures within each project. Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant governance forum making recommendations and influencing decision making to ensure progress towards delivery of programmes Requirements
Have a track record of successful delivery of transformation, organisation design/structure, value stream and customer journey projects from design through to execution. Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate the complexities of a global, matrix organisation across multiple geographies. Have excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate effectively to a varied stakeholder group. What additional skills will be good to have?
Evidence of leading Transformation, OD, Mergers and Acquisitions project/activity, from a people perspective ideally across markets/geographies.
