If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a GCP Lead Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).\n\nTechnical Skills \u0026 Experience:\n\n * Proven experience in Linux/UNIX/AIX troubleshooting with a strong foundation in system administration and performance tuning.\n * Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE).\n * Proficiency in High Availability (HA) configuration and management using Pacemaker (PCS \u0026 CRM) Clusters.\n * Expertise in OS patching using cloud-native tools such as Azure AUM, AWS Patch Manager, and GCP VM Manager.\n * Solid understanding of networking and performance troubleshooting.\n * Working knowledge of VMware in GCVE (Google Cloud VMware Engine).\n * Experience with Red Hat Satellite, SUSE Manager, Oracle Linux Manager, and Oracle Spacewalk.\n * Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (preferred).\n * Familiarity with automation and scripting tools such as Shell scripting, Ansible, Python, or any cloud-native shell.\n * Strong grasp of ITSM/ITIL processes; certification is an added advantage.\n * Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are essential.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage and support cloud administration, GCVE infrastructure, OS/server patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\n * Work across multiple cloud platforms with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.\n * Participate in on-call rotations and handle P1/P2 incidents and escalations effectively.\n * Develop and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles, problem management documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.\n * Provide mentorship and support to L1 support teams.\n * Deliver timely, high-quality customer service with strong ownership and accountability.\n * Work independently in project environments while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * 7+ years of overall operational experience\n * 3+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model\n\n\n\nPreferred Certifications:\n\n * AWS SysOps Administrator/Developer/Solutions Architect Associate Certifications\n * Azure Administrator Associate/Solution Architect Certifications\n * GCP Cloud Engineer\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
