Job Description - GDE/AC - Senior Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Strong hands‑on experience in application operations, AMS, or enterprise IT environments

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in Application Management or Support-related processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and Joule Studio (designing, building, and maintaining Joule Skills).

Deep understanding of agentic frameworks, AI-driven workflow automation, or LLM based Assistants.

Ability to translate functional support needs into scalable automated solutions.

Solid knowledge of enterprise integrations (APIs, events, orchestration).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA operations or support tooling (SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud ALM, SolMan, SAP testing tools), ServiceNow capabilities for support automation, workflows, orchestration and other tools supporting automation

Proven experience building automation beyond simple scripting, across workflows or systems.

Solid understanding of IT service processes (incident, change, release, testing). Understanding of ITIL processes and Application Management methodologies.

Exposure to AI‑driven automation, copilots, or agent‑based approaches.

Experience with **test automation or release pipelines in enterprise landscapes.

Awareness of security, access, and compliance considerations in automation.
