Job Responsibilities

Conduct gemstone and diamond identification, grading, and quality analysis
Examine coloured stones, diamonds, and jewellery pieces for authenticity and quality
Handle gemstone certification and documentation processes
Coordinate with production and merchandising teams regarding stone quality requirements
Maintain records of gemstone inventory and quality reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company quality standards

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Gemologist
Strong knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and grading standards
Familiarity with gemological tools and testing equipment
Good attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Certification in Gemology will be an added advantage
