We are looking for a skilled and passionate GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI and generative AI solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, deep learning, and cloud-native systems to create scalable, production-grade AI models. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business problems into robust AI-driven solutions using modern ML frameworks and Google Cloud technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building and deploying ML models, is comfortable working with large datasets, and is excited about advancing generative AI capabilities in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and inference
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to develop scalable and reliable AI systems
• Implement and manage ML workflows using Vertex AI, including training jobs, model versioning, and deployment
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals
• Conduct experiments, fine-tune models, and evaluate results using appropriate metrics
• Ensure best practices in MLOps, including reproducibility, monitoring, and model lifecycle management
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning frameworks, and cloud ML services
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML development and data processing
• Practical experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch for training and deploying deep learning models
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for ML workloads
• Hands-on expertise with Vertex AI, including model training, pipelines, and deployment
• Solid understanding of ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation
• Experience handling large datasets and building scalable ML systems
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications

Good to Have

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI use cases
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD for ML, and monitoring in production
• Exposure to data engineering or distributed computing frameworks
