Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer with 3–5
years of experience to design and build Generative AI solutions using Large
Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and LangChain to solve real -world
business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience
developing intelligent systems and autonomous agents capable of task planning,
decomposition, and tool/API integration.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Build
  and deploy GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and LangChain
  frameworks.
  
• Translate
  business requirements into scalable AI -driven applications.
  

Agentic AI Systems

• Design
  and implement autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, task
  decomposition, and dynamic tool/API invocation.
  
• Develop
  workflows for multi -step decision -making and orchestration.
  

Backend & Orchestration Services

• Develop
  robust Python -based backend services and orchestration layers to manage
  model interactions and contextual data.
  
• Build
  and maintain REST APIs and microservices for AI -powered applications.
  

Cloud -Based Deployment

• Deploy,
  manage, and optimize AI models on Azure OpenAI and GCP Vertex AI
  environments.
  
• Ensure
  system scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
  

API Integration

• Integrate
  OpenAI and other GenAI services into enterprise applications using REST
  APIs and cloud -native SDKs.
  

Prompt Engineering & Fine -Tuning

• Design
  effective prompts and assist in fine -tuning models to align with
  domain -specific use cases.
  

Performance Optimization

• Optimize
  latency, cost efficiency, and throughput of GenAI models in production
  environments.
  

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain
  comprehensive documentation for AI systems and workflows.
  
• Collaborate
  with cross -functional teams and share best practices in GenAI development.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5
  years of overall experience in AI/ML, with at least 1–2 years of hands -on
  experience in Generative AI / LLM -based systems.
  
• Strong
  expertise in LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
  
• Proficiency
  in Python programming with experience building REST APIs and
  microservices.
  
• Solid
  understanding of LLM chaining, RAG architectures, agent -based systems, and
  orchestration frameworks.
  
• Experience
  deploying scalable AI systems in Azure and/or GCP environments.
  
• Familiarity
  with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience
  with model monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  
• Knowledge
  of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
  
• Strong
  problem -solving and communication skills.
