GenAI Full -Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Full -Stack Developer with
strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Python backend development,
and modern frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, build, and
scale AI -powered applications by integrating LLM capabilities into user -facing
products using React, Redux, and modern UI practices.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data
scientists, and platform engineering teams to deliver end -to -end Generative AI
solutions that are scalable, secure, and production -ready.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI & Backend

• Design,
  develop, and deploy GenAI -powered applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure
  OpenAI, Anthropic, or open -source models).
  
• Implement
  prompt engineering strategies including prompt templates, versioning, and
  optimization.
  
• Build
  scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django).
  
• Develop
  and integrate RAG (Retrieval -Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector
  databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
  
• Implement
  agentic workflows, tool -calling mechanisms, and multi -step reasoning
  pipelines.
  
• Optimize
  inference latency, token usage, and cost efficiency.
  
• Implement
  logging, tracing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
  

Frontend Development

• Develop
  responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
  
• Manage
  application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit.
  
• Build
  reusable UI components with HTML, CSS, and modern styling frameworks
  (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar).
  
• Integrate
  frontend applications with AI backend APIs.
  
• Implement
  real -time user experiences such as streaming responses and chat
  interfaces.
  

Full -Stack & Platform Engineering

• Design
  and implement RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
  
• Develop
  authentication, authorization, and role -based access control for AI -driven
  applications.
  
• Deploy
  and scale applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  
• Collaborate
  on CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus).
  
• Ensure
  application security, data privacy, and compliance best practices for AI
  systems.
  

Required Skills

Core Skills

• 4–6
  years of experience in software development.
  
• Strong
  proficiency in Python programming.
  
• Hands -on
  experience with Generative AI / LLM -based systems.
  
• Experience
  integrating LLM APIs and working with open -source models.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of React.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
  

GenAI & Machine Learning

• Experience
  in prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
  
• Strong
  understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
  
• Familiarity
  with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
  
• Understanding
  of token limits, context windows, and hallucination mitigation strategies.
  

 Frontend

• Proficiency
  in modern React patterns (hooks, functional components).
  
• Experience
  with Redux for state management.
  
• Strong
  understanding of API integration and asynchronous workflows.
  
• Knowledge
  of UI/UX best practices for AI -driven interfaces.
  

Good to Have

• Experience
  building AI agents and multi -tool orchestration systems.
  
• Knowledge
  of model fine -tuning techniques (including LoRA).
  
• Experience
  implementing streaming responses using WebSockets or Server -Sent Events
  (SSE).
  
• Familiarity
  with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse, PromptLayer, or
  OpenTelemetry.
  
• Experience
  developing chatbots, copilots, or AI assistants.
