This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GenAI Full Stack Developer in India.
This role focuses on building next-generation enterprise AI applications powered by Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native Azure services. You will work across the full stack, designing scalable front-end interfaces, robust backend systems, and intelligent AI orchestration layers. The position involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver secure, high-performance AI-driven applications. You will contribute to designing RAG architectures, integrating LLMs, and ensuring responsible AI practices across production systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring strong engineering depth and system design expertise. The environment is fast-evolving, innovation-driven, and centered on building production-grade AI solutions at scale. Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular, ensuring responsive and scalable user experiences.
- Develop backend APIs and AI orchestration services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, Java, or .NET, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Build cloud-native and serverless solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade RAG systems, including ingestion pipelines, embedding strategies, vector search, reranking, and grounding techniques.
- Integrate and optimize LLM-based capabilities such as chat assistants, semantic search, summarization, and workflow automation.
- Work with enterprise systems and data platforms including relational, NoSQL, and vector databases to enable seamless AI integration.
- Implement observability, security, and responsible AI practices across applications, ensuring reliability, governance, and compliance.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of full stack software engineering experience with strong backend and system design expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI and RAG-based applications.
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud-native architecture, including serverless and distributed systems design.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, authentication frameworks, and secure API design (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, OpenID Connect).
- Strong knowledge of LLM ecosystems, including Azure OpenAI and related orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies.
