The mall is designed as a high-end lifestyle destination, combining luxury shopping, fine dining, curated events, and premium customer experiences. It attracts HNI & UHNI clientele, international shoppers, and elite residents from developments like The Camellias, The Aralias, and The Magnolias.
Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and polished General Manager (Female) to lead mall operations, elevate customer experience, and drive commercial performance across a luxury retail ecosystem. This role requires a hospitality-driven leader who understands ultra-premium service standards, stakeholder management, and high-footfall luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities 1. Mall Operations & Guest Experience Drive hospitality-led mall management approach Ensure exceptional customer journey aligned with luxury service standards Oversee concierge, guest relations, valet, and front-facing teams. 2. Brand & Tenant Management Build strong relationships with luxury retail brands Ensure tenant satisfaction, performance, and brand alignment Coordinate store launches, activations, and brand events 3. Commercial Performance Drive footfall, dwell time, and revenue growth Work closely with leasing & marketing teams for luxury positioning 4. Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including operations, security, housekeeping, and guest services Install a five-star service culture across the mall ecosystem 5. Events & Experiences Curate high-end events, trunk shows, and exclusive experiences Engage UHNI clientele through personalized engagement strategies 6. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and operational standards Maintain global benchmarks in mall management
