- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Smart, strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
