Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives, driving growth and innovation within both product development and client delivery

• Provide vision and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective project execution and achievement of key performance indicators.
Operational Excellence:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of technology solutions and services.
• Follow best practices and processes to optimize resource utilization and project management methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Technology Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, functionality, and scalability.
Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may impact project success.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the India Delivery operations and the leadership team of the United States parent company.
• Effectively convey project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
• Bridge cultural and geographical gaps, promoting seamless communication and collaboration across international teams.
• Be accountable and take action to ensure team members have adequate training and capabilities or take actions as necessary to improve the organization.
Financial Management:
• Work closely with financial team to ensure budgets are managed and resource allocations are aligned with strategic priorities and business needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role overseeing technology projects and operations.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and effectively managing cross-border relationships.
• Experience in managing and handling different project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, optimize processes, and achieve results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
