Job Description:
Sales & Business Development:
· Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Conduct sales calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads.
· Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Event Coordination & Execution:
· Work with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
· Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
· Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
· Address and resolve any issues that arise during events.
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts.
· Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.
