General Manager - Content Ops

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager – Content to spearhead the development and execution of Seekho Originals. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves building in-house production capabilities, collaborating with anchors and editors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning shows that engage, inspire, and retain users.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in content strategy, video production, and show-running, with a proven track record of scaling high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities:

👥Content Strategy & Show Development

• Conceptualize and create Seekho Originals—high-quality, curated learning shows.
• Define show formats, themes, and content pipelines aligned with Seekho’s mission and audience needs.

🤝Quality Production & Execution

• Set up and oversee end-to-end in-house production, ensuring best-in-class video quality.
• Manage pre-production, shooting, and post-production timelines with anchors, producers, and editors.
• Ensure that all shows maintain high learning value, engagement, and production quality.
• Monitor audience feedback, analytics, and retention to refine and scale Originals.

📌Talent & Team Management

• Collaborate with anchors/hosts, content creators, writers, and editors to bring stories to life.
• Build and lead a small but agile content production team.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize visibility and impact of Originals.
• Integrate Originals into Seekho’s broader content and engagement strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

✅8–10 years of experience in content creation, video production, or media/show development.
✅Strong track record of leading high-quality video productions, ideally in edtech, media, or entertainment.
✅Proven ability to build and manage production teams and workflows.
✅Deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and content marketing.
✅Excellent collaboration skills with creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
✅Passion for learning, education, and building engaging content formats.

✅Excellent communication skills in Hindi
