We are Hiring General
Manager – Finance for New Delhi Location.
o To prepare daily update reports,
draft minutes of meeting and presentations for monitoring by government/project
officials related to financial Matter.
o To
work as a project enabler and facilitator among the internal/external
stakeholders.
o To assist the department in inter
departmental communication and liaising with the concerned stakeholders.
o To
do regular follow -ups with the CDOT and other stakeholders on the pending
files.
o Qualification
: Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent.
o Experience
: Suitable officials retiring/retired from Govt/PSU having 20+ years of
handling Finance related works dealing with files and note sheets.
o 15
years working experience in Ministry/Department/PSU of Govt of India in the
field of Administrative /Finance as mentioned above. Preference will be given
to officers worked in the finance wing of Telecom/ Technological /Scientific
Sector or Ministry /Department.
o Preference
: Very good knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel.
Key Expectations
o Must have good
communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
o Must
have good experience of working with documentation tools like MS -Office.
o Should
be proficient in Administrative/ Management/ coordination work/ Protocol works
o Data
Collection, data collation and generate MIS reports from the consolidated
database.
o Must
have worked in an environment having multiple stakeholders, particularly in
Government departments.
o Experience
of office co -ordination, communication management, Drafting Minutes of Meeting,
Drafting formal reports, etc.
OR
o Retired officer in
level 11 (Minimum) in the pay matrix or equivalent from central Govt /States
Govt/ PSU.
