Purpose

Lead Our Client's
Innovation & Technical Excellence function by driving adoption of emerging
technologies, advanced construction methods, sustainable solutions, and global
best practices to improve project quality, cost, speed, safety, and long-term
performance. Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients and internal
teams.

Key
Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Our Client's Innovation &
  Technical Excellence Centre.
  
• Identify and implement innovations in construction
  technologies, digital tools, materials, automation, AI, BIM, Digital Twin,
  IoT, drones, prefabrication, modular construction, and project controls.
  
• Lead value engineering initiatives covering design
  optimization, material alternatives, cost reduction, productivity,
  buildability, lifecycle costing, and construction sequencing.
  
• Evaluate new construction materials, sustainable
  products, smart building systems, and emerging technologies while
  maintaining relationships with key vendors and technology partners.
  
• Provide technical advisory on due diligence, design
  reviews, constructability, procurement strategy, technology selection,
  quality improvement, and technical risk management.
  
• Develop and maintain technical standards,
  innovation databases, best practices, design benchmarks, and knowledge
  repositories.
  
• Monitor industry trends, building codes, ESG
  requirements, digital transformation, and global construction practices,
  publishing regular technical insights.
  
• Support client engagements through technical
  presentations, innovation workshops, and strategic advisory.
  
• Build internal capability through training programs
  on emerging technologies, value engineering, and technical excellence.
  
• Represent Our Client at industry forums,
  conferences, universities, and professional institutions.
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  
• Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering,
  Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
  
• MBA, PMP, Chartered Engineer, RICS, LEED AP, IGBC
  AP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  

Experience

• 18–25 years in real estate, infrastructure, PMC,
  EPC, developer, or consulting organizations.
  
• Strong experience in innovation, value engineering,
  technical excellence, and large-scale developments.
