Job Title: General Manager - Operations

Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹ 50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail -oriented General Manager - Operations to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective processes. Duties for the general manager will include allocating resources, implementing processes, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying process improvement opportunities, and monitoring team productivity. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating business opportunities through top -quality delivery, increasing staff productivity, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional team management, and execution skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy general manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, drive efficiency, maintain relationships with clients, and meet overall growth objectives.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily business operations.
  
• Developing and implementing processes to standardize operations.
  
• Training low -level managers and staff.
  
• Hiring employees.
  
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
  
• Researching and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
  
• Monitoring progress of projects and driving them to successful completion.
  
• Maintaining client relationships for ongoing assignments and addressing service issues.
  

General Manager Requirements:

• Degree in business management or a masters in business administration.
