Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to head our solar and wind energy projects. If you are passionate about renewable energy and possess the skills to manage complex projects from ideation to execution, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solar and wind energy projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and maintenance, while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and time standards.

• Regulatory Compliance: Lead regulatory processes and ensure all projects meet local, national, and international compliance requirements.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the renewable energy sector to support strategic growth and profitability.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—government agencies, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and clients—to drive successful project outcomes.

• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and optimize resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Power Trading: Participate in power trading platforms, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to enhance energy portfolio performance and revenue generation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Experience: 8–10 years of techno-commercial experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong background in solar and wind project management.

• Project Execution: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of compliance and regulations within the clean energy industry.

• Procurement & Supply Chain: Hands-on experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics.

• Bonus: Familiarity with power trading platforms or prior experience in energy trading is highly desirable.
