Job Description - Generative AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with hands -on experience in designing and deploying Gen AI or AI Agent solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Python fundamentals and a solid understanding of AWS or Azure cloud -based AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agent -based solutions in production.

•Fine -tune, evaluate, and integrate LLMs and multi model models for business applications.

•Build and manage AI workflows leveraging AWS or Azure cloud services.

•Collaborate with data, ML, and product teams to operationalize AI capabilities.

•Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed AI systems.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

•Atleast 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI.

•Proven track record of implementing production -grade Gen AI or Agent solutions.

•Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

•Experience with vector databases, and embedding models.

•Cloud experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) or Azure (OpenAI, AI Studio, Cognitive Services).

•Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and evals.

Preferred / Good to Have:

•Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or AWS AgentCore.

•Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
