Those in data science and machine learning engineering at PwC will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making. You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems.

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will lead the development and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models for GenAI projects, driving innovation and excellence in data science. As a Manager you will mentor a team of data scientists, guiding them in applying GenAI technologies to solve complex business challenges while đảm bảo the utmost standards of quality and performance. This role offers the chance to shape the future of GenAI solutions, collaborating with experts and leveraging advanced technologies to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to apply GenAI technologies for solving complex business problems.

-Oversee development, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms for GenAI projects.

-Manage data preparation processes, including cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality.

-Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate and streamline data processing within machine learning pipelines.

-Drive deployment of scalable, production-ready machine learning applications using Kubernetes and advanced programming skills.

-Communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders and promote continuous learning and adoption of cutting-edge GenAI technologies within the team.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's & Manaster Degree

- 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Extensive expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and machine learning application deployment.

-Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and specialized tools like Azure AI Search, AWS Textract, and AWS Bedrock.

-Experienced in leading data science teams and managing projects with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

-Skilled in object-oriented programming languages including Java, C++, and C#.

-Knowledgeable in data privacy, compliance regulations, and advanced certifications in data science or GenAI technologies.

-Familiarity with LLM-backed agent frameworks (e.g., Autogen, Langchain, Semantic Kernel) and chatbot development expertise.
