| -BE Electrical with Quantity Estimation experience Good Knowledge of (Fire fighting, plumbing,HVAC.etc) | |

| - Moderate level of MS office, Autocad proficiency Well versed with ISO 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation | |
| -Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer. | |
| - Knowledge of Project Planning Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design. | |
| - Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor – ON SITE on independent responsibility. | |
| - Should have handled project planning for large projects. | |
| - Quantification experience is must, should have experience in BOQ preparation | |
