We are hiring an experienced GG Instructor to deliver high-quality gemological education and practical training for students and professionals.

?️ Language Requirements:

• Mumbai: English communication is mandatory
  
• Bangalore: English + Kannada is mandatory
  

 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training for GG / Graduate Gemologist programs.
  
• Deliver sessions on diamond grading, colored stones, gem identification, treatments and grading standards.
  
• Demonstrate gemological instruments and testing techniques.
  
• Evaluate students through assignments, practical assessments, examinations and projects.
  
• Develop and update training content, presentations and practical exercises.
  
• Maintain student attendance, performance and assessment records.
  
• Mentor students and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Ensure training aligns with IGI curriculum, quality standards and methodologies.
  
• Support workshops, seminars and industry sessions.
  
• Stay updated with gemology, treatments, grading practices and industry trends.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of diamond and colored stone identification and grading.
  
• Excellent practical knowledge of gemological instruments and testing methods.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and professional integrity.
