Role Title: Global Culture and Leadership specialist

Location: Pune, India

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and purpose-driven professional who wants to help shape the future of culture and leadership at SKF.

In this role, you will work with leaders, experts, and colleagues across regions to co-create engaging development experiences, support global initiatives, and bring fresh thinking to how we develop people and leadership. You will gain broad exposure, build valuable capabilities, and contribute to meaningful work that supports both business performance and people growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to global culture and leadership initiatives that create meaningful experiences for employees and leaders across SKF (for example SKF Purpose Award)
  
  
  • Support the build-up of SKF Leadership Academy and help coordinate the business spokes for the Academy
  
  
  • Help turn business and leadership needs into engaging development experiences, to level up the SKF Leadership Academy portfolio
  
  
  • Create assets and materials that are clear, modern, and relevant for a global and diverse audience
  
  
  • Collaborate with colleagues, regional experts, and external partners in an international setting where you can learn from others and grow your network
  
  
  • Explore new ways of working, including digital and AI-enabled approaches, to improve the learning experience and create impact over time
  
  
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  • Strong foundation through studies and 3-5 years of experience in learning, leadership, HR, communication, or a related field
  
  
  • An interest in creating engaging development experiences, and communication that helps people grow and perform
  
  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to share ideas and the curiosity to keep learning
  
  
  • A genuine interest in digital tools, innovation, and new approaches that can improve how people learn and work
  
  
  • The ability to create structure, drive projects, and move work forward with energy and ownership
  
  
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment and motivated by contributing to something bigger than yourself
