The Global Custom Design Service Analyst is responsible for the Custom Business of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. The custom business is a service provided to end user customers to offer products not existing in the catalog. Your mission will be to ensure the management of customer requests and orders for different types of Custom Design products used for Flow Cytometry.

This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is part of the Customer Service Department located in Nyon, Switzerland. There will be a dotted line reporting to Materials and Planning Manager based out of Bangalore. It will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the sales team by preparing, organizing, and registering sales documentation (proposals, contracts, requests) using internal tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Act as a key liaison between sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth information flow, alignment, and seamless execution of processes.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, supply chain, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, including the management of urgent customer orders with operations leaders.
  • Lead and contribute to specific projects aimed at improving existing processes and developing new or enhanced customer offers.
  • Ensure regular KPI follow-up, analyze performance gaps, and lead initiatives to address issues and improve results through targeted actions.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Bachelor in any stream with 10 - 12 years of work experience / Masters in any stream with 6 - 8 years of experience
  • Fluent English mandatory to communicate with international sales and manufacturing sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex, end-to-end business processes, with proven experience coordinating effectively across multiple teams and functions in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision, while demonstrating leadership through initiative-taking, decision-making, and ownership of tasks or projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, align stakeholders, and influence outcomes across different levels of the organization.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience in sales coordination or sales support roles, preferably with exposure to operations
  • Prior experience in team management
  • Prior experience in science biochemistry and immunology environments would be added advantages.
